There are no refunds, returns, exchanges or credits for fan club membership subscriptions for any reason, including inability to purchase pre-sale tickets. - If you upgrade from a regular LPU Pass to a LPU Plus Pass, you cannot be refunded the full amount or difference in price from your previous pass.
- If you are not able to secure Summit passes, we cannot refund your LPU membership.
- If you are in need of special assistance or have a disability that requires the company of a caretaker, you will not need to purchase a 2nd LPU membership for your caretaker. You will however need to purchase a 2nd concert ticket if they are going to accompany you to the concert. Please contact support.groundctrl.com in advance to alert us to any special assistance needed.
