Please note:
- If you upgrade from a regular LPU Pass to a LPU Plus Pass, you cannot be refunded the full amount or difference in price from your previous pass.
- If you are not able to secure Summit passes, we cannot refund your LPU membership.
- If you are in need of special assistance or have a disability that requires the company of a caretaker, you will not need to purchase a 2nd LPU membership for your caretaker. You will however need to purchase a 2nd concert ticket if they are going to accompany you to the concert. Please contact support.groundctrl.com in advance to alert us to any special assistance needed.

  All fan club subscription sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, exchanges or credits for fan club membership subscriptions for any reason, including inability to purchase pre-sale tickets. Membership to lpunderground.com does not guarantee access to tickets.
